PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/JOB SUMMARY

The Account Executive performs field business growth activities and drives sales and brand awareness for the company to increase overall revenue and business within the various markets Classic Collision and Ultimate Auto Glass & Electronics serves.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES/JOB FUNCTION –Other duties may be assigned as necessary

  • Seeking opportunities for business development in auto glass, automotive electronics, and collision
  • Responsible for heading up expansion in new services/areas as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
  • Grow sales and cultivate relationships with all new and existing customer base including, but not limited to insurance agents, dealerships, fleet, body shops, automotive electronics, and consumer cash customers.
  • Make B2B Cold Calls in-person, virtually, and over the phone.
  • Building relationships with existing clients to increase current discounts and referrals for all lines of business
  • Driving peak parts GP performance and sales success across the organization.
  • Creating, negotiating, and closing dealer and commercial agreements.
  • You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting dealer and parts performance targets.
  • Seeking a business development/salesperson who is used to working to targets and goals
  • Increase sales, business development and win new business
  • Increase revenue through generation of leads
  • Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail
  • Coordinate and facilitate Sales Presentations for clients

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Clear speaking voice and pleasant demeanor

  • Technical literacy with various operating systems, software, and office equipment
  • Multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • High School Graduate Required, College Degree Preferred
  • Good grammar and communication skills
  • English fluency required, Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% with some overnight travel occasionally
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage
  • Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and/or GTS management system a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Business hours of operation are Mon-Fri. 7:30am-5:30pm, may be required to attend afterhours functions, overnight trips and special events
